MEET OUR COMMITTEES

AMBASSADORS

Meetings - 2nd Wednesday of Each Month - Various Locations

Our Ambassadors act as the public relations arm of the Lincoln City Chamber of Commerce.  They do this by being involved in many Chamber and community activities.

Our Ambassadors basic objectives are to:

Promote Lincoln City and the Lincoln City Chamber of Commerce. 
Participate in Chamber membership recruitment and retention efforts.
Encourage and enhance Chamber visibility and involvement.
Spread Chamber good will and promote Chamber members.

They accomplish these objectives by visiting our local businesses - welcoming new ones, providing resources to existing ones, and inviting all to Chamber events.  They provide activities to help promote our members by organizing and participating in RIBBON CUTTING CEREMONIES, and BUSINESS AFTER HOURS.  They support our local community by participating in activities such as STUFF-A-BUS, APPLES FOR TEACHERS, COMMUNITY DAYS FOOD DRIVE, and so much more.

 

Benefits YOU receive as an Ambassador is in the ability to be part of the community as a whole while also providing you with additional networking opportunities that reach beyond your day to day enterprises.  The outreach is phenomenal!

EDUCATION COMMITTEE

Meetings - 4th Friday of Odd Months beginning in January - Various Locations

The Education Committee is one that seeks out and provides relevant and informative programs of interest for the Chamber membership.  They do this by securing guest speakers for Chamber Lunch Forums, by searching out and providing educational components that enable our businesses to enhance and grow there business.  These topics include how to market your business, growing sales, merchandising, tracking your finances, social networking, and much more.
